NJ!

We're in NJ. And I have found the cause of my horrendous drive-me-insane eczema that started in my second trimester while I was visiting here. It's the water. I don't know if it's just showering in it or also drinking it, but I had a massive flare-up immediately post shower the night we got in. And it was really bad last night, too.

This time, I remembered the steroids. Thank goodness.

So, other than determining that I am, in fact, allergic to the water in New Jersey (okay, the chemicals in said water), I've not been too busy. Well, there is the non-stop shopping. Oh, well. It's fun.

And I miss Fox Park. Want small local coffeeshop within walking distance, please.

Hey, Kiddo. It's probably soft water, treated with salt. The house in Goshen had a water softener, but I didn't like it because it made my skin flare. We never charged it. When the tenant moved in behind, he wanted it, so Terry actually bought a new softener and both house/apt were on it because that was the way it was plumbed. Last year Dad had to replumb the entire thing to bypass it for the house. So now my skin is happy. It would make my skin so bad for so long afterwards. It has a lasting effect on the skin. So sorry for you. I know what you are going through.

Love Mom

Always thought there was something in the water in NJ.
