No matter how attentive I am to Ronan's fingernails, he scratches himself at night.

Right now, he's got several gouge marks, plus a bruise.

explodingcat: He looks like he's been fighting with a cat.

explodingcat: You can tell he's winning because his butt isn't all scratched up.

Yeah, those damned fingernails.

S. gouged himself pretty badly the other day, but as he was refusing to nurse in my lap I couldn't get his nails trimmed. Today he scratched the crap out of me while nursing in bed and he (thankfully) deigned to nurse in my lap tonight so I got his dagger-nails trimmed. Seriously, it is easier trimming Harlie's claws than doing his nails.

Tell Ronan to stop scratching himself already! ;)
