i need a new jug of ALL

I don't mind doing laundry. It's fairly easy. I separate by fabric. It's all dark, so I don't need to worry about colors. Toss it in the machine, add some soap, borax, and vinegar... Wait awhile, toss it it the dryer (or hang the tshirts, lay out the sweaters), then eventually put it away.

It's that putting away part. I can put boy's stuff away. That's easy. It's all dockers/jeans (fold nicely, leave on bed because I can't reach the shelf he puts it on), tshirts (hang in shower, when they dry, he takes them to his closet), nice shirts (hang up in closet). My stuff, though... That requires forging a path to my closet.

My closet, by the way, is the master bedroom of our two bedroom apartment. We sleep in the smaller room (less clutter = less dust = less sniffly me). The master bedroom is also our guest room. Since we had houseguests off and on for several weeks, I didn't put anything away in my closet after fetching it. Everything got dumped in our bedroom.

When our last houseguest left, I dumped everything back into the closet. That room is now awash in black velvet, purple lace, corsets, boots, and *stuff*. I really need to go in there and hang things up.

But that requires finding the actual walk-in closet where I hang things. I think my clothing has declared sovereignty and is blockading the closet.

I think I'll just do socks/underwear and towels for now. I can put those away without going near the closet.

And if I run out of laundry detergent, I don't have to do any more wash today, right?>
