So, I sat here warming myself with the laptop for awhile. Then I remembered, "oh, I set the thermostat at 60F when we left."

yeah, I think I'll turn that back up. I'm going to freeze after my shower.

Jerry is all worn out from the long ride home. He's sleeping on the manatee.

my bed beckons, my eye twitches. i think it's time for a nice hot shower.

I cherish strong water pressure. My in-laws have a lovely townhome--relatively new, gorgeous backyard view onto wetlands, lovely decor. The water pressure in the upstairs bath is lacking. To compound the problem, the showerhead is about 7' high on the wall. I have to run in circles to get my hair wet.

My super fine hair starts looking dingy after a few days with poor water pressure. My skin itches more as the dry flakes don't sluice away as easily, no matter how diligently I exfoliate.

Tonight, I luxuriated in my own shower. My hair feels clean, my skin is significantly less itchy. I feel clean.
