be angry in a practical way - call them every hour if necessary. but don't be angry outside of that time because it'll probably make you worse. which is the last thing you need at the moment.

oh, i hate incompetence. but incompetence AND rudeness is a bad combination. if people are going to be that crap, the least they can do is be pleasant.
